Assistant Principal's Message

Hello Tuscany Hills Families,

I’m Heather Thornton, and I’m so excited to introduce myself as the  Assistant Principal at Tuscany Hills Elementary! I bring 25 years of experience in elementary education and have worked in a variety of roles—from intervention and child development to theater, art, and gifted education.

My family and I moved to Lake Elsinore five years ago, and I’ve really enjoyed getting to know the amazing students and families here in the district. I’m truly looking forward to being part of the Tuscany Hills team this year  and working alongside such a supportive community.

My goal is simple: to help all students thrive in a safe, caring, and fun learning environment. Please feel free to stop by and say hello or share any thoughts or ideas—I’d love to connect! I’m genuinely excited to be part of the Coyote pack for the 2025–2026 school year.
