Dear Tuscany Hills Families,

 

     My name is Heather Thornton. I am your new Assistant Principal. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and to tell you how excited I am to be here at Tuscany Hills Elementary. I come to you with 24 years of experience in roles as a teacher for all grades K-5, a literacy coach, a STEAM magnet coordinator, a restorative practice lead, and an assistant principal. I have a background in intervention, child development, children's art, theater, and gifted education.

 

     I moved to Lake Elsinore 4 years ago and have enjoyed getting to know the children and families of Lake Elsinore School District. I look forward to being a part of the Tuscany Hills team. My ultimate goal is to ensure that all children can and will succeed in a safe and caring environment. If you'd like to stop by and say hi, or share any ideas, my door is always open. I am sincerely excited to be a part of your Tuscany Hills ES coyote pack for the 2024-2025 school year!
